We us e Royal Mail for all of our postal services.. Please note that the quoted delivery charges throughout this site apply to England and Wales delivery destinations. Postage will be calculated at the checkout for customers in other UK regions or countries.

We do allow American Express and do have a Paypal facility. If however you do not wish to enter your card details please email us with your name and address including postcode, telephone number, shipping address if different, and state what you would like to purchase. We will then ring you to take manual payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING MAINLAND U.K. DELIVERIES
All goods will be dispatched either via Royal Mail or by courier. Please note that for most items, (those sent via courier) we will endeavor to send items out the same working day if ordered before 2 pm. and next day if ordered afterwards. Couriered items within mainland UK are sent on a ‘next working day’ delivery service and a signature will be required. Please ensure that you provide a ‘ship to’ address where you are sure somebody will be able to receive your goods. If the courier company are unable to deliver after three attempts your item/s will be returned to us at an approximate cost of £20.00. Regretfully we have to pass this cost on to you together with the cost of resending to you. We too think this is extortionate, so please don’t let it happen to you!! Alternatively we will send some items via a Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery service (especially for orders where the ‘UK Economy’ delivery option is chosen). Expect these items within 4-5 working days as we are unable to go the post office every office day.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are experiencing problems with the payment process and have proceeded to confirm your order & input your card details please DO NOT use the back button and attempt to complete payment again as you may be charged more than once. Contact us here first to find out if we have already received payment.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Supply of Goods and Services Act and Distance Selling Regulations, Brett Harkness Photography Ltd does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by:
- e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order, or
- phoning us on 01706 340792 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays) – please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand.
We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification or personalised.
Matters Beyond our Reasonable Control
Brett Harkness Photography shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances out of its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightning, flood, or extremely severe weather, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), acts or omissions of Internet services providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
